Logic Bomb

A Logic Bomb is a piece of code intentionally inserted into software that triggers a malicious function when specified conditions are met. Unlike viruses or worms, logic bombs remain dormant until activated by a specific event, such as a date, the presence or absence of a file, or a particular action by a user. Logic bombs can cause significant damage, including deleting files, corrupting data, or compromising system security.
